The student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student applications must be accompanied by a signed letter from the student’s head of department attesting to student status please send this by email to Hannah Griffiths (Please do not email credit card information under any circumstances).

Notice to authors:
Multiple abstract submissions will be accepted, however, only one abstract per registration can be presented. If you have more than one abstract accepted, a co-author will need to register and present. Should another presenter not be able to attend there will be an additional fee of €100 for presenting up to two additional abstracts. Please contact Hannah Griffiths for further information (Please do not email credit card information under any circumstances).

• Access to both conference sessions
• Full conference materials including a program booklet and access to the online abstract system
• Welcome drinks reception
• Mid-session refreshments and lunch as scheduled in the conference programme

Please be advised that your registration fee does not include travel insurance, please ensure that you have your own insurance policy before travelling.

Payment for conference registrations can only be made by credit card online
Elsevier accepts: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise customer services of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify customer services immediately. Provided written notice is received by 2 August 2019, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 16 August 2019, a 50% refund will be given. Please note, registrations cancelled after 16 August 2019 or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
